Introduction – National President – Shamima Gaibie
Amidst a hectic schedule our preparations for the annual conference, in celebration of SASLAW’s 20th anniversary is well under way.  This year’s conference, as you know will be held at Sun City, and will include topics that are both current and controversial.  We are also holding a Women’s Breakfast on 30 March 2017 in Johannesburg for the first time which is aimed at discussing topics that affect women in the profession.  We urge you, and especially our male counterparts to attend and contribute to what promises to be a very lively debate.  On behalf of SASLAW, we thank you for your interest, attendance and participation in our regular seminars countrywide, and we look forward to your constant comment and contribution to issues that you think we should be addressing.  We hope that you will join us to make this year a very memorable one for the Society.
