THE 2023 AMENDMENTS TO THE CCMA RULES ARE OUT!

The latest amendments to the CCMA rules (and a large number of LRA forms) are out and effective as of 24 April 2023.

The SALLR team is proud to present the upcoming fast track sessions in association with the CCMA.

You are cordially invited to attend and gain valuable insight as to the considerations taken into account by Adv Morajane and his CCMA team when the drafting took place.  We are certain that Dr Brian van Zyl will, as usual, provide a valuable independent analysis of these amendments.

Kindly see below the relevant brochure – the fast-track workshop sessions are to be held countrywide from Monday, 15 May 2023 to Friday, 26 May 2023.
