Advocate Pranisha Maharaj-Pillay will be discussing the following judgment: JA 12 23 Mobile Telephone Networks (Pty) Ltd and others v CCI SA (Umhlanga) (Pty) Ltd and others [FMD-SOUTHAFRICA.FID231858] Pranisha Maharaj-Pillay was called to the Bar in 2016. She holds BA, LLB and LLM degrees from the University of Cape Town. Pranisha has particular experience and interest in the areas of labour law and employee benefits, B-BBEE, administrative law and general commercial litigation. Pranisha has appeared in the Labour Appeal Court, Labour Court, High Court, Competition Appeal Court as well as at various tribunals.
