Developing Cannabis Testing Standards in the SA Workplace

May 21, 2026 in Seminars & Webinars

Following the Prince decision decriminalising cannabis and the Labour Appeal Court’s ruling in Enever, which declared the employer’s cannabis testing system irrational and discriminatory, South African employers remain in search of a rationally grounded drug testing methodology.
